Shipping is free with any order over $250 on all our items. Please allow 14-21 days for shipping, some kawaii luxury items are made to order and require a production time. If your order is not received within 21 business days, please contact us through the website.

All returned or exchanged items must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged, with all tags attached. Jewelry must be in its original packaging. All returned items must be accompanied by the Packing Slip and customs documents (if applicable).
